Murraywood Construction Ltd have been awarded the Groundworks and 278 Works Contract for the a new 188,500sq ft office & retail development over 10 storeys on New Quay Street in Manchester. This forms part of the £650m Regeneration Scheme which is currently in progress around this area of the River Irwell.
Work is due to commence May 2018, which will take place over 29 weeks.
