Murraywood Construction Ltd have been awarded the Groundworks package creating a new 573 bedroom student accommodation over 30 storeys. There will also be retail space on the ground floors.
This development will be very beneficial to all surrounding areas, businesses, students and will support leisure and tourism to the area.
A public exhibition will be held by the client, Unite Students on Wednesday 21st June.
