Overview
Right in the heart of Manchester in the St Peters Square and Oxford Street area, a brand new Landmark 14-storey office space development consisting of 180,000 square ft was commissioned.
Murraywood Construction was appointed to complete the hard landscaping outside the new development.
What did we do?
On this job we installed tree pits which meant we vacuum excavated to the Oxford Street elevation in preparation for trees to be planted.
We also put in paving and kerbs to the surrounding areas including Oxford Street, St James Street and George Street, as well as the rear maintenance road to the development.
