Three high rise tower blocks were commissioned to be constructed in Manchester behind Piccadilly Station as part of a Student & Co-Living accommodation scheme.
The build included the construction of 406 co-living units which delivered 621 beds.
On this job we installed the substructure we included all the excavation, formwork, reinforcement and concrete works.
We also did the floor slabs which consisted of setting up and pouring the concrete slabs, and installed the drainage including outfall connections and tunnelling works.
Additionally, we completed the external works which comprised of all the paving and finishing works.
