I started working with Murraywood in 2004, as a labourer/ trainee groundworker, working alongside experienced men I learnt my trade. Progressing to do my plant tickets and with time and more experience moving towards more supervisory positions within Murraywood. Murraywood supported me throughout the process to my current position as Site Manager with NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management.
Learning this way proved the best way for me, I was put with different managers on various sites which helped me find my management style and introduced me to gangs that I had not worked with before.
