Overview
In 2018, the Baltic Triangle in Liverpool welcomed a new development which included a nine-storey high apartment block containing 200 apartments with a mixture of one, two and three bedrooms.
The project also included an underground car park, 393m2 of retail space and 160m2 of office space.
What did we do?
For this project we put in an attenuation tank, installed a basement slab and foundation bases.
We also installed foul and surface water drainage, completed an off-site drainage connection and put in a perimeter concrete retaining wall.
