In April 2022, Murraywood Construction made the decision to go 100% white diesel free by switching to HVO fuel to cut plant emissions.
We’re striving to be net carbon zero and completely fossil fuel free and although there’s still a small way to go to achieve this, we’re delighted to be making real progress with this goal.
HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) is a fossil fuel free alternative to mineral diesel and therefore results in a 90% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
