With 84,000 sq. ft off Bankes Lane, this new development will provide four-storey office space for the 450 staff currently working at this Runcorn Chemical Plant and will include 12,000 sq. ft of employee wellbeing facilities and a parking space for each employee. Woolgar Hunter are undertaking the civil and structural design of the whole development which should be complete by late spring 2020.
